Ngorongoro Crater & Conservation Area, Tanzania

The Empakaai Crater inside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is 6 kilometres in diameter, with 300 meters high rim and alcaline lake covering most of the crater floor. The lake draws thousands of flamingos and other waterbirds.
